Extensive management experience in a variety of arts organisations at state and national level including; President, Royal South Australian Society of Arts & Crafts Council of South Australia; Head of Jam Factory Ceramics Workshop, Chair of Hahndorf Academy Museum and Art gallery; Member of Craft Australia Interim Board.

Guest lecturer and demonstrator in Australia and overseas, including over 100 workshops and summer schools conducted in all states and in the United Kingdom, America and New Zealand. Including the following recent positions:
